Terms of Service – Dufault & Tech

By using the services of Dufault & Tech, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We offer repair, diagnostics, cleaning, and maintenance of electronic devices (phones, tablets, computers, consoles, speakers, drones, etc.) by appointment at our workshop in Repentigny.

2. Appointments

Clients must provide accurate information. Any change or cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply even if no repair is done. It can be deducted from the total cost if the repair is approved.

4. Repair Timeframes

Repair times may vary depending on complexity and part availability. No exact turnaround time is guaranteed.

5. Warranty

Some repairs include a limited warranty (e.g. 30 days) on replaced parts, excluding any physical, water, or misuse-related damage.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for data loss or indirect damage. Clients are responsible for backing up their data before repair.

7. Personal Data

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in the judicial district of L’Assomption.
